Pet Peave Return Policy

At Pet Peave your satisfaction is our number 1 concern. Should you find any problem with your order whatsoever, contact us immediately. We highly recommend that you open your package and inspect your items as soon as you receive them. If we made an error in your order, just let us know and we will make it right.

*Please Note* You MUST contact us within 30 days of receipt of your merchandise to receive a Return Authorization Number and appropriate return address before returning any item.

Please, do not take it upon yourself to send the item(s) back, or you will void any and all return / exchange rights.

Unfortunately some items are NOT eligible for return or exchange: personalized items, custom pet clothing, pet caskets, urns, keepsakes, cat scratching posts, liquids, used items.

*Please Note* Returned merchandise must be in unused condition - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Unless we made an error (sent wrong item for example), there will be a 20% restocking fee and you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges incurred.
